Principle of action: High concentration of sodium chloride inhibits the growth of most bacteria, but does not affect the growth of staphylococci. The development of staphylococci is indicated by the turbidity of the broth.

Instructions for use
1. Dissolve 104 g of the medium when heated to 1 liter of purified water.
2. Boil for 2-3 minutes, until the components are completely dissolved.
3. Autoclate for 20 minutes at 121 ° C. 4. Cool to 50-45 ° C.
