APPOINTMENT
Determination of oxidase-positive microorganisms.
SET COMPOSITION
Oxy test strips 25 pcs., 30 pcs., 50 pcs., 60 pcs., 100 pcs., impregnated with Gabi and Hadley reagent. The completeness of the set can be changed by the manufacturer in accordance with the needs of the customer.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
The seeding is incubated at 35-37°C for 18-24 hours, after which the isolated colony is removed with a plastic or platinum loop and rubbed into the diagnostic area of the strip.
With a positive result, the indophenol blue dye is formed, and the diagnostic zone of the tape is colored blue for 30-60 seconds.
Caution: Do not use nichrome or steel hinges, which can lead to false results.
The experimental culture must be freshly transplanted at 35-37°C for 18-24 hours
Do not use agar McConkey, Levin and other differential media as a nutrient medium because of the indicator in their composition, which can lead to false results.
The color of the strip after 2 minutes is not taken into account.
STORAGE
Store at 2-8C in a place protected from light after each use.
The shelf life is 1 year.
