Delivery Information

    Product delivery is carried out daily via the postal and logistics operator Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine.

    If your order includes made-to-order items or custom-produced kits with specific characteristics, the delivery time will be agreed individually with our manager during order confirmation.

    Shipment via Mist Express is available upon prior agreement.

    For the cities of Dnipro and Kyiv, delivery can be arranged using our company’s transport, and warehouse pickup is also available upon prior coordination.

    If you require a different delivery option, special conditions, or non-standard timelines — please let us know. We always aim to adapt to our clients’ needs, and in most cases individual requests can be successfully accommodated.
