Detection and determination of the titer of antibodies to pertussis and pertussis pathogens in agglutination reaction

COMPOSITION OF THE SET

The kit is available in 3 basic configurations:

"Whooping cough-paracoughus-RA" Set No. 1:

Diagnosticum pertussis liquid for agglutination reaction - 10 vials of 5.0 ml.

"Whooping cough-paracoughus-RA" Set No. 2:

Diagnosticum pertussis liquid for agglutination reaction - 10 vials of 5.0 ml.

"Whooping cough-paracoughus-RA" Set No. 3:

Diagnosticum pertussis liquid for agglutination reaction "- 5 vials of 5.0 ml.

Diagnosticum pertussis liquid for agglutination reaction - 5 vials of 5.0 ml.

At the request of the consumer, the basic set of the kit (the number of individual packages with reagents and their volumes) can be changed.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

If antibodies to Bordetella pertussis or Bordetella parapertussis are present in the test sample, they bind to the antigens of the corresponding diagnosticum to form a precipitate, the agglutination reaction is taken into account after 24 hours with the naked eye or using an agglutinoscope.

SHELF LIFE

Shelf life 1 year. Expired kit is not to be used.
