About the company

    Our team has been working in the field of microbiology since 2017, and in 2020 we founded the scientific and manufacturing enterprise AGAR UA, specializing in the development and production of high-quality diagnostic products for microbiological and clinical laboratories.

    We were the first in Ukraine to develop and launch the production of diagnostic sera, as well as a complete line of indicator paper systems Agar®CIP 1 – CIP 7, designed for the identification of vibrios (Agar®CIP1), intergeneric and species differentiation of Enterobacteriaceae (Agar®CIP2), sanitary-bacteriological analysis of water (Agar®CIP3 and Agar®CIP4), identification of Corynebacterium diphtheriae (Agar®CIP5), identification of non-fermenting gram-negative bacteria (Agar®CIP6), and determination of diphtheria toxin production using diphtheria antitoxin (Agar®CIP7).

    In addition, we produce Agar®Rabbit Plasma Citrated (lyophilized), Agar®Rabbit Plasma EDTA, Agar®McFarland Turbidity Standards, Agar®Oxidase Test Strips, Agar®Indole Test Strips, biological supplements for culture media (horse serum, bovine serum), as well as clinical diagnostic kits for the analysis of cerebrospinal fluid (Klinika SMR), detection of occult blood (Klinika-Kal), and detection of helminth eggs in feces (Kato Method).
