The Eagle MEM medium with Erl salts, without glutamine, is a mixture of inorganic salts, amino acids, vitamins, glucose and phenol red dissolved in purified water, sterilized through filters with a pore size of 0.1 μm.
This medium was developed for the cultivation of cells under incubator conditions (in an atmosphere of 5-7% CO2), as prepared on Erl salts with a high sodium bicarbonate content (2.2 g / l).
This product has a Registration Certificate.
The preparation is a clear liquid, a reddish-orange color, without opalescence and sediment. Antibiotics does not.

Osmolarity: 280 +/- 20 mOsmol / kg
Buffer capacity: not less than 4.2 ml
PURPOSE: The medium is used to cultivate a wide range of animal and human cells.
METHOD OF APPLICATION: Before use in a vial with medium, add 146 mg of dry sterile L-glutamine. To perform sterile work, the vial should be opened in aseptic conditions.
FORM OF ISSUE: The drug is available in plastic or glass bottles of 450 ml, which are hermetically sealed.
SHELF LIFE: 1 year.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store at temperatures between +2 and +8 ° C in a dark place.
