Purpose: for selective isolation of Listeria monocytogenes from food, animal feed and other material.

Storage:

Each vial contains

Acrylflavin hydrochloride12.50 mg

Nalidixic acid10.00 mg

Preparation:

1. One vial is designed for 500/1000 ml of medium.

2. Aseptically dilute the contents of one vial of an additive of 10 ml sterile distilled water. Mix thoroughly.

3. Aseptically add the contents of one vial to 1000 ml, sterile, cooled (45-50 ° C) basis of Friesizer broth DM1292 / Fraser broth for secondary enrichment DM1293 for primary enrichment or to 500 ml sterile base of Frieder DM1292 broth / Fraser broth for secondary enrichment of DM1293 for secondary enrichment.

4. Mix thoroughly and flush as necessary.
