Environment IVF 1 "Aspiration" is intended for aspiration of oocytes from the follicle, can be used for washing oocytes.
Environment IVF 1 "Aspiration" is used in assisted reproductive technologies, intended for use in medical and research institutions.
BASIC PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The basis of the IVF environment 1 "Aspiration" is purified water, Earl salts, glucose. Environment IVF 1 "Aspiration" is stabilized by HEPES, does not contain albumin, may contain heparin, and can be prepared without it (at the request of the customer). Environment IVF 1 "Aspiration" can be prepared both with the addition of antibiotics and phenol red dye, and without these components (at the request of the customer).
Environment IVF 1 "Aspiration" sterilized by filtration through filters with a pore size of 0.22 μm.
PROTOCOL APPLICATIONS
Before using the closed vial with the medium is heated to a temperature of 37 ° C. The same temperature must be maintained during the whole process of aspiration of oocytes from the follicle and transport of oocytes to the laboratory. Oocytes are very sensitive to in vitro temperature decline.
Before the start of aspiration of the oocyte, the aspiration system is washed with 10 ml of heated medium.
The aspiration system is filled with the ECO 1 “Aspiration” medium, and it is used to select the follicular fluid from the follicle. Then, if necessary, the follicle is washed with a new portion of this medium, the volume of which should not exceed the amount of selected follicular fluid. In the process of aspiration of oocytes, it should be ensured that the size of the follicle does not increase beyond its natural size.
After the end of aspiration, the tube with the aspirated oocyte-cumulus complex transferred to it is kept for a short period of time at 37 ° C.
Then the contents of the tube are transferred to a Petri dish with a diameter of 60 mm and search and selection of oocyte-cumulus complexes is performed.
Selected oocyte-cumulus complexes are transferred to the ECO 1 “Ooklin” medium preheated to 37 ° C for subsequent washing from granular cells and blood cells.
Washing of the oocyte-cumulus complexes is also allowed to be carried out in the ECO 1 “Aspiration” medium by successive movement through the drops with this medium.
SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
The shelf life of the medium is 3 months from the date of manufacture, subject to compliance with the storage regime.
Store and transport in accordance with SP 3.3.2.1248-03 at a temperature of from 2 to 8 ° C in a dark place.
Do not freeze!
