Since the majority of our product supply is carried out for state medical institutions under direct or tender-based agreements, such contracts are preliminarily coordinated with the responsible departments of each institution. As the terms may vary significantly depending on the requirements of the specific organization, a universal contract is not published on the website.

Regarding private clinics and commercial entities, contracts with these partners have an individual and often confidential nature, including specific terms related to volumes, payment conditions, timelines of product supply, and the parties’ responsibilities. Therefore, such contracts are also not made publicly available.

For individual customers, students, and private buyers, a separate written contract is not required. Purchases are made in accordance with the public offer, by placing an order on the website and completing payment to the company’s bank account.
